What’s the most fun way to exercise?
I have to say walking and here’s my dog’s poem.
Ode to Walking Wrote the Dog
It could be short
or it could be long
depending on the day
to the beach
through the woods
or down the road
an adventure either way
don’t pull I say
as I tug on the leash
let’s go
I’ll set the pace
hurry hurry
oh joy oh joy
let’s go faster
