Good advice from him. Sounds like you’ve been a fan for a long time. I’m not familiar with his work but now I need to check him out.

I was in Robert Bly’s group of poets at Centrum Writer’s Conference. One of his books on writing poetry is Leaping Poetry. Glad you found the poem. I sometimes post incorrectly.
